Signs of Life is a body of work exploring visual hierarchies in photography through the use of neon sign bending techniques. By making digital tracings of photographs and translating them into physical neon light objects, the artist investigates the personal relationships between image making and image viewing. How does what we look at impact how we make images? What elements of shape and form are left out or included? Why?
